What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-13 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
We offer a deposit alternative. Please call the office for details!
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Mountain Ridge provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
8:30 AM - 5:30PM, Monday-Friday
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Our fitness center is open 24 hours.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Our pool is open 24 hours.
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
Our laundry facility is open 24 hours.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes, we have 4 BBQs available.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, Rise Mountain Ridge is a pet-friendly community.
What is the parking situation?
We offer assigned, covered parking. Guest parking is available for any uncovered space.
